Another ebay auction courtesy of Leo Ferrandino. An interesting mishmash – stars on either side of the name is a lot like Variation #4, a triangle in the top corner like Variation #9, a naked butt (which we’ll see in upcoming covers), a pile of shit, a proctologist giving a pig an exam and a text that looks like it’s partially in German. I guess that’s par for the course…
Doctor: Is that a kneusen?
Pig: I’m afraid it is…

This one came from Leo Ferrandino via e-mail. Looks like it was copped from ebay auctions a million years ago, before there was only one place to store your ebay photos. Anyways, this ones a bit unlike any other one I’ve seen. Cut and paste and handiwork, and just not like anything else.

Okie Dokie, here’s one from ebay that I snagged circa 2007. Of course, ebay being the craphounds they are keep their past hidden. Oh well. This one makes me think of the fumes coming from that black (perhaps it was brown…) marker. Talk about high times. Speaking of high times, this sort of reminds me of Zeppelin- IV. Gotta go sniff some markers now.

“Aren’t animals amazing? Only an all knowing all powerful god could have created such diverse and wonderful creatures.” Bunch of smartasses or closet religious freaks? This copy features our first oddball variations – green sticker “Featuring Rich Oliver” also not on the back cover as on my copy but on the front. I’m sure we’ll see more variations of the placement of these stickers.
So this is my copy, the one I traded for with John Lund around 1998. I think I arranged this trade out front of a house show with Spazz and Society of Friends. If it was that show, I flipped out on some kid in a backpack and umbrella who was dancing like he was having a seizure. The end result was me getting jabbed with his umbrella in the gut a bunch of times. I don’t really recall the bands, but I did like Society of Friends a lot back then, and still do.
That aside aside… cut and paste cover which don’t seem to pop up that often. Fear of Smell spelled “Fear of Smel”, don’t know if that’s the result of one of the cut and paste l’s falling off or not. There’s a couple of other variations of the name spelling (Feer of Smell being one of the more popular). Also has black electrical tape around the edges in what only could be an ode to MRR’s cataloging their records with green duct tape.
